Hello!

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and communication. That curiosity led me through university, where I earned my bachelor’s in Social Media & Digital Communications and later completed my master’s in Communication and Business Leadership. I picked up minors in sales and graphic design along the way and discovered how much I love building things that feel intentional, organized, and impactful.

Being a former Division 1 athlete shaped a huge part of who I am. Sports taught me discipline, resilience, and how powerful it is to work toward something bigger than yourself. Those lessons show up in my work whether I’m collaborating with a client, creating something from scratch, or brainstorming solutions that push a project forward.

This past fall, I launched CVD Creates, a small but growing creative studio focused on branding, social media strategy, and digital storytelling. What started as freelance work has turned into something I’m deeply proud of: a space where I get to help others bring their ideas to life through strategic creativity.

I’m someone who loves possibilities—the “what if we try this?” moments that shape better ideas. Whether I’m designing, writing, or mapping out a brand’s digital presence, my goal is always the same: to create work that feels clear, intentional, and true to the story behind it.​
